Orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which means we pay for delivery and duty with FedEx and DHL. There won't be any additional fees.

Return Policy

Purchases from PreLoved & Luxe are not eligible for in-store returns and must be returned directly to the seller at the customer's expense within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return and/or obtain further details, please contact the seller directly. All eligible items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Any items returned to PreLoved & Luxe Inc. that fall outside our return policy will be sent back to the client at their expense or consigned on their behalf.
