PreLoved & Luxe ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand and most other countries worldwide.

Shipping rates

• Rates and the free shipping threshold are in your local checkout currency: C$ for Canada and most international destinations, US$ for the United States, £ for the United Kingdom and € for the European Union.
• Free shipping applies to Standard shipping only. Express shipping is always charged.
• Your exact shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at your destination.

Where your order ships from

Many of our pieces ship directly from our partner boutiques in Italy and elsewhere in Europe. Others ship from our Halifax boutique or from partners in Canada and the United States. If your order contains items from more than one location, they may arrive in separate packages, and shipping is calculated for each shipment. You will receive a tracking email for each package once it ships.

Duties and taxes

• For most international destinations, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.
• If duties or taxes cannot be calculated at checkout for your destination, they are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
• Canadian orders include applicable sales taxes at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, email shop@prelovedandluxe.com right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged, email shop@prelovedandluxe.com with your order number and photos or video of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
