Purchases from PreLoved & Luxe are not eligible for in-store returns and must be returned directly to the seller at the customer's expense within 14 days of delivery. Any items returned to PreLoved & Luxe Inc. that fall outside our return policy will be sent back to the client at their expense or consigned on their behalf.
