Are all items authentic?

Every pre-owned item undergoes rigorous authentication using Entrupy technology and expert inspection before it reaches your doorstep. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell - guaranteed.

What condition are pre-owned items in?

We only accept items in excellent to like-new condition. Each listing includes detailed photos and an honest condition description so you know exactly what you're getting. If an item shows any signs of wear, we'll note it clearly.

Where do you source your items?

We source globally — primarily from Italy, the U.K, the United States, and from our beloved local clientele in Canada! Every item is hand-selected by our team for quality, style, and authenticity.

Orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which means we pay for delivery and duty with FedEx and DHL. There won't be any additional fees.
