Vault Questions
Who can join?
Anyone can apply. We approve each member personally, so that collectors know their pieces are going to people who will treasure them.
When do I pay?
Only after you are approved. You will receive a private link to start your monthly membership. Membership is billed monthly in Canadian dollars. Vault First Look and Vault Reserve also have a one-time joining fee of $595.
Can I cancel?
Vault Member and Vault First Look have no minimum term. You can cancel any month, and your access ends when your paid month ends. Vault Reserve is an annual membership, billed monthly or in one payment.
What is in the Vault?
Pieces consigned by collectors in our own network. Vault pieces are shown to members only and are not listed anywhere else on our site. The rarest are held for Vault Reserve members.
Is membership limited?
Vault Member and Vault First Look are not limited. Vault Reserve is limited to one hundred members worldwide. When those places are taken, new applicants join a waiting list.
Are the pieces authentic?
Yes. The authenticity of every item is guaranteed, and we provide an authentication certificate where possible. See our Authentication & Condition Guide.
